Master the Ride
Training, Travel, & Mental Health…
I’m Mat, an off-road motorcycle trainer and travel enthusiast based in Austria, dedicated to helping riders develop real-world skills, confidence, and a deeper connection to their journeys.
With years of experience leading small-group motorcycle tours and tailoring off-road training sessions for riders of all levels, I focus on practical techniques that build confidence, control, and safety without losing the joy of adventure. Beyond technical riding, I believe the journey is just as much mental as it is physical. That’s why I host rider meetups and mental health sessions that explore resilience, focus, and mindset—because mastering your mind is the ultimate riding skill.
My mission is to inspire riders to move with confidence, travel with purpose, and live with balance.

Meet Mat
Mat is a passionate author and instructor who combines his love for motorcycling with the practice of mindfulness. His journey began on winding roads of Nepal, where he did his RYS Yoga teacher training, and led to a deeper understanding of how being present through the riding experience can help quiet the mind. Through his books and courses, Mathew shares insights on achieving balance and clarity, both on the bike and in life, helping others to unleash their full potential by Riding into Stillness.
Mat's Books
Does life frustrate you? Lost your purpose?
“My first book, Life on Purpose, talks about my struggles, how I overcame them and found a way to listen to my intuition, and has a simple step-by-step system to help you find your way too!”
“In my second book, Riding into Stillness (in progress), I focus on how motorcycling, a form of active meditation, can help those who crave peace of mind and want to regain control in an active way.”
