the first day of training, Mat managed to teach me the basics in a calm and clear manner, without any pressure at all. Because the exercises were structured in parallel, everyone was able to practice at their own pace without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. On the second day, I really enjoyed putting what I\u2019d learned into practice on forest roads and trails. Here, too, the motto was \u201cEverything is possible\u2014nothing is required,\u201d and I didn\u2019t feel any stress while riding. We took plenty of breaks and did lots of helpful exercises for all skill levels.
